  • Rates given above are per hour, with a one hour minimum charge thereafter half hour charges are applied.
  • All charges are subject to VAT. Payment must be made in full upon completion and receipt of the invoice.
  • Rates may differ upon assessment of the engineer if the work carried out is not a standard service provided.
  • Estimates and investigation fees may apply in certain circumstances depending on the nature of work.
    ⁠Other services and some small jobs have fixed prices. The price will be given over the phone (or online) once the works is described in detail.
  • Call out fee is given if engineer is needed within 90 minutes.
    These prices may differ based on availability, seasonality and emergency jobs.
  • Rates for commercial properties will be given upon the engineers arrival and assessment.
